It is customary that payment is due as services are rendered. We accept cash, Interac, personal cheques, MasterCard, and Visa. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.
As a special service, we will process your insurance papers on your behalf. We will also pre-authorize major dental treatment. However, please be aware that if for any reason the claim is rejected or not paid in full, you are financially responsible for the balance.
Annual deductible fees and patient portion of fees are due at the time of service. Please let our receptionist know of any changes to your dental insurance. Our team members are qualified to help you if you have any questions.

We make every effort to honour all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you find that you must reschedule your appointment, we request that you give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you may be charged a late cancellation fee. We try our best to run on schedule and ask that you do your best to be on time.
